The Premium version offers extra features like extra help for small-businesses and a free tax consultation. I’m most likely going to use this one, to get some help with my Schedule C.

If you have State Farm Insurance, you can file Federal + State for FREE using Turbo Tax Online! Just login to your statefarm.com account and there is a link on the left menu.
I wrote a price comparison of filing options a while ago (all mac compatible and for those with AGI > 50k) that I intend to update (for example eSmartTax’s pages time out ALL the time…so, don’t use them! LOL) — but they take Fed + State into account for the total price (at least, from my perspective as a MA resident) it could be a starting place for those looking to keep these costs low.
I was disappointed this year when taxcut online didn’t support the form for HSA contributions. Last year I didn’t find out until after I’d already submitted all my information that taxcut didn’t allow e-filing due to my IRA recharacterization. Now I’m a fan of TAXACT.COM. Their online program got the job done without problems, and it’s very reasonably priced. The standard federal version is free for everyone to print and e-file – no income restrictions. I like the extra advice in the deluxe version and I want to e-file state as well as federal so I upgraded, but the grand total for both was still just 15.95
