I have now tried the video 3 times and when I input my card information I get an error message to “reference the printed offer.” Is anyone else having this issue?

I got a post card in the mail telling me to go to a website and watch this video. But the post card, and website, said I would get 1,000 bonus points – not 500 as your post says.

I received the offer in the mail and completed the web site tasks shortly thereafter. No points ever posted to my Southwest account. Has anyone actually gotten the points from this? Who can we call who might be able to fix it?
I did the video on 10/9, I got the 1000 on 11/28. Just a FYI.
